No Whey! One of SA’s greatest festivals, CheeseFest, is finally here.
As if an entire festival based around the holy grail of culinary perfection (that is cheese), wasn’t enough to make you fake a sicky and get yo ass down to Rymill Park stat, CheeseFest has something to offer for everyone. Even for someone who, dare I say it, hates cheese *gasp*.
2014 Cheesefest brings a selection of South Australia’s holiest cheeses from 19 different local stalls, tasty snacks from the likes of Street ADL and The Grace Establishment, and a cheeky alcoholic beverage with Nepenthe Wines or The Hills Cider Company.
If you’d like to be a little more hands on, get stuck into some of the events delicious attractions such as the King Island Diary Cheese Train, the Foodland Mozzarella Bar, and Sprout Cooking Classes. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the Cheesfest ambassadors: hunk of spunk Masterchef champ, Callum Hann, and former Hilton Adelaide Executive, Chef Simon Bryant.
So head over to Rymill Park October 25-26th weekend for a grate day of food, wine, fun, and of course, cheese! Doesn’t get much cheddar than that! (pun intended)
