Between our primo health-food cafes, first-class tracks, trails, exercise classes and range of local health based brands, Adelaide has become an increasingly health conscious city in recent times. Guilty of the occasional active wear splurge ourselves, we’ll be springing out of bed this Sunday as Happy Way, Nutrition Republic, Plant 4 Bowden and Dasha Gaivoronski unite for a unique health and wellbeing event.
Priding themselves on nourishing their clients and encouraging a holistic approach to healthy living, Happy Way will host their inaugural community event, ‘Move with Happy Way – The Cooking Edition’, this Sunday. Treating the ladies of Adelaide to a complete fitness and wellness experience, the superfood brand will descend on Plant 4 Bowden with leading industry experts in-tow. Better yet, all profits from the event will be donated to Kickstart For Kids.
“Happy Way isn’t just a product, it’s a lifestyle and this event will showcase just that… Through exercise, a balanced diet and Happy Way, you can incorporate our awesome products into your everyday life to energise and nourish your body,” says Happy Way co-owner Ben Germein.
Rolling all of those feel-good Happy Way values into one epic morning of health and wellbeing, Move with Happy Way, The Cooking Edition will see an early-start to your Sunday full of food, fitness and a whole lot of fun. Swap your sleep in for smoothie bowls and a sweat sesh as local fitness legend, Dasha Gaivoronski (@dashbody_) hosts a morning set to tackle all areas of optimum wellness. Brunch with a twist, you’ll ditch the syrup laden pancakes for an ultimate boot camp workout, a Happy Way cooking demonstration and eats and treats courtesy of Nutrition Republic. With a healthy dose of endorphins and delicious eats on offer, Move with Happy Way offers the ultimate self-love experience.
So what are you waiting for? Assemble your fitness squad and roll out the yoga mats, this is a Sunday morning workout you won’t want to miss.
