The Easter Long Weekend in Radelaide is about to get lit - thanks to Touch Bass. This brand new Australian trap and bass festival will feature some stellar acts including Jauz, Snails, Slushii, and LDRU at the Entertainment Centre on the 14th of April. Not to mention, Senor Roar, Dancespace, Seek n Destroy and Txnk will also be heating up the stage.
Hosted by Pitch Control, Fat Controller and Electric Circus, doors will open from 9pm and the event will be pumping until 3am. Yep 3am - get keen ladies and gentlemen. So what can we expect from Touch Bass? A freakin’ great night that’s for sure.
Jauz, the 21-year-old Trap and Base king from LA, will return to Adelaide after touring worldwide. His unique sound is ‘genre-blending, action packed and neon-lit’ with hits like ‘Feel the Volume’ and ‘Get on up.’ So if you missed him in September last year, now is your chance to catch him at Touch Bass.
The Montreal-based DJ extraordinaire and ‘vomitstep’ creator, Snails, will be bringing his iconic dance music that combines trap rhythms with dirty bass lines. For those who don’t know what vomitstep is, its Snails’ created his own EDM sub genre that is quite similar to Dubstep/Electro/Trap but has a distinct bass that sets it apart from the rest.
On his first tour of Australia, New Jersey producer and DJ Slushii, is set to blow up the stage. He has been given the title of 2016’s biggest mover in the bass scene – an act not to be missed.
Last but certainly not least; Aussie DJ LDRU will be joining the line up at Touch Bass. His tracks ‘Keeping Score’ and ‘Next to you’ ft Savoi are certified hits across the country. We’re talking electro-pop bangers that will keep you dancing all night long from this legend.
Now that the headliners have been introduced, let’s not forget the Adelaide locals that will be absolutely killing it. The likes of Senor Roar, Dancespace, Seek n Destroy and Txnk are set to kick-start the party.
