Think lush, think florals, think indulgence. That’s the forecast for this year’s Melbourne Cup at Morphettville Racecourse. Following three sold out Catalina Wine Mixer events in 2015, M One Eight Events are back for the Melbourne Cup and they’re back big.
Introducing, The Rose Garden.
Have you always dreamed of the prestige of the famous Flemington Birdcage? Be immersed in the fusion of corporate, classy and casual race goers, all devoted to partying in style. An event truly fitting for the race that stops the nation, The Rose Garden is an exciting addition to the line up of Melbourne Cup events set to hit Adelaide. Offering a premium, glam experience open to the general public, we could not be more excited about it.
Want to be pampered? This super stylish playground will treat you like an A-list celebrity all day long. You’ll be greeted with two glasses of exquisite French Champagne and we’re sure you’ll be back for more with the garden boasting a bar hosted by Pol Roger Champagne.
Encapsulating trackside luxury, The Rose Garden is to be styled by Creative collective, EMKHO. The springtime styling sees the trackside experience decorated with lush florals (true to the name) against a stylish backdrop of white, rose gold and marble. It just screams elegance and extravagance.
But it doesn’t stop at the champagne and luxury trackside location! What is sure to be the ultimate Melbourne Cup day experience in Adelaide will also feature some of Adelaide’s best musicians to keep us boogie-ing all day. Brian Ruiz, Maverick and DJ Discrete are just some from the talented lined up.
Ladies, don’t fret about keeping that extra powder in your purse, The Rose Garden have you covered. An exclusive ladies style bar will ready to touch you up courtesy of Hummingbird Hair and Lia Vecchiotti Make-up Artistry.
Don’t worry boys, you don’t miss out either. A gentleman’s cigar and grooming lounge will also be available for you dapper gents to relax. Settle down with a range of premium cigars, or indulge in the selection of fine whiskey. Here you can have both.
Most importantly, amongst the Derby lawns and views down the winning post, will be super screens to catch all of the Melbourne Cup action. And of course, private betting facilities will also be available for punters.
Purchase a ticket and you’ll receive access to the stunning garden setting and Pol Roger champagne - but why not reserve a picnic area and add even more champagne and a cheese platter to your day? Or for the ultimate package, hire a private villa for you and your nine nearest and dearest.
