Over the past few years, Adelaide's once tired West End has seen a much needed revamp, with new bars, restaurants and everything in between. Bringing something a little different to scene is businessman Daniel Brunoli, launching The Raglan Hotel this Friday from 11am, just in time for a long leisurely lunch (it's Friday after all), or a few cheeky after work drinks.
Established in 1856, the Old Raglan Hotel was in much need of some TLC, a challenge that Daniel gratefully accepted. Boasting a friendly vibe, The Raglan will be home to a relaxed atmosphere, making the perfect place to sit back with friends, have a laugh and enjoy fantastic food and drinks.
Their menu includes a range of classic pub favourites with a twist - think burgers, schnitzels and steak, plus they've a kids menu to satisfy your little ones. Daniel says, "We are a boutique pub, that offers a unique take on classic pub food, not just standard hotel meals, along with fine spirits, ice cold beer, classic cocktails, delicious wine and great coffee, all with a focus on great customer service.”
Building on those good feelings, each night of the week will vary in music, becoming central to The Raglan's vibe. Head in on Wednesday night for jazz fusion complimented by whisky tasting, while Friday night will be home to local up and coming coming artists playing live music. On Saturday night, The Raglan will pump up the atmosphere with a mix of contemporary hits and old school tracks to get you dancing.
As well as whisky tasting, The Raglan offers patrons over 80 whiskys to choose from, along with wine, beer and an extensive range of top quality spirits. Forget drink specials, $6 premium first pours are where it's at, with your choice of Chivas 12 yo, Absolute Vodka, Beefeater 24 Gin, Olmeca Resposado Tequila, Havana Club Special Dark Rum & Havana Club 3 Anos White Rum.
