If the stress of your daily grind is getting to you, get a daily grind from your new favourite, Peter Rabbit.
Whether you study, work or play in the CBD, this sweet spot is bound to cure your craving. The hustle and bustle of town is quickly forgotten the minute you walk through the gates. It’s a mini country-getaway.
There’s no shortage of cafes popping up around town, but Peter Rabbit brings something different to the table.
Opening late last year, and with its front garden, cosy nooks, menu to suit everyone’s dietary requirements (and ability to impress your mum – I tried), it’s a winner. There’s plenty of room to hole away with a book and coffee near the fire, or to gather all your friends around a table for lunch.
The drinks menu is incredible, and if you’re a coffee genius or want a Bloody Mary at 9am, they have you covered. In the front garden there's a box of goodies, like blankets and games. All the more reason to make this a go-to spot in the cooler months.
Did I mention there are two rabbits in residence? The cherry on top.
From the food, coffee, staff, and atmosphere of Peter Rabbit, it's a big yes from me. Be sure to put this on your to-do list.
