Everyone dreams of that summer spent lounging on the beach and bar hopping on the Mediterranean. Well thanks to the new look Tower Hotel this dream is now a reality (well almost).
Just in time for silly season the Tower Hotel has unveiled it’s newly renovated bar, dining and outdoor areas. The space is open and airy, each area seamlessly flowing into one another. Nothing feels closed off or clunky. Black and white tiled flooring, copper panelled bars and high wooden stools channel the classic French bistro, while the outdoor fireplace clad in exposed yellow brickwork is reminiscent of something you’d find tucked away in rural Italy.
The beer garden is wrapped in ivy covered arches creating a sense of privacy from the adjoining main road. The facade has been repainted a clean white, a contrast to the exposed sandstone, a clever nod to the hotel’s rich history. The overhaul isn’t restricted to the aesthetics though. There’s a new, refreshing list of cocktails and a creative restaurant menu to match. Think tropical fruits, share jugs, fresh salads and just about every conceivable burger known to man.
This new generation of pub nestled in the foot hills will surely be a destination for those looking for some seriously laid back fun this summer.
