A healthy-eating hub, Jack Greens emphasises the philosophy of eating green, and does so by placing the spotlight on environmental sustainability, and by sourcing its food from South Australian producers. Not only does Jack Greens focus on eating healthy, but they also place value on the passion of life and food, and their cafes facilitate a space to "meet, greet, chill, vibe, collaborate, converse, create, be inspired, and ultimately, have fun."

In its 72nd year, the Carols is raising funds for Novita Children's Services, assisting the team in building a communication library for disabled children.
