Popping Zyrtec compulsively? Avoiding incessant magpies? Wearing jumpers and sweltering by midday? Ah yes, it's the calling cards that Spring has finally arrived in Adelaide (and only half a year late). With the days finally getting longer and the sun actually appearing for consistent periods of time, Adelaidian's are crawling out of their homes and surveying the city for entertainment.
Now while the idea of spending an hour and a half fashioning flower crowns may not tickle everyone's pickle, the idea of taking it easy amongst flowers and greenery sounds pretty darn inviting in the midst of this Spring weather.
Pretty Little Bunch, Payneham Road's newest florist, has only recently begun offering the workshops designed to allow customers the experience of being in the store and learning a few little floristry skills along the way. Run by owner and head florist, Chloe McGuinness, the flower crown workshops allow you to pick and mix your flowers from along the table and create your own design.
Super easy to pick up and full of floral fun, the workshop leaves you feeling accomplished in your cute, little accessory, walking out the door with an awesome new skill and take home flower crown. Pretty Little Bunch will be offering more flower crown workshops further in the season, with two on the 20th of November.
The first workshop has already sold out, selling like bloody hotcakes in six hours. However, seats are still available for purchase for the second here. Pretty Little Bunch is located at 71 Payneham Road, College Park and offer a range of awesome floral pieces.
