Emerging Adelaide indie group Thom Lion and the Tamers have released a new single from their debut EP. Catchy new track ‘Emily’ is lined with jangling banjos, harmonica cameos and brisk harmonies making it the perfect comforting soundtrack for the incoming frosty winter weather.
The new track has been well-received across the nation, receiving solid support from a number of community radio stations as well as a glowing endorsement from Triple J’s Sarah Howells. It’s an easy-listening story about a girl “with a dog that looks like a sheep” that will have you falling in love and singing along simultaneously.
