If I had a dollar for every time a bare fridge has had me driving aimlessly around Adelaide in search of something cheap and healthy, only to give up and spend $20 on a poké bowl, or $5 on popcorn chicken… I would then unfortunately have an idea of how often I’m eating out and spending both cash and calories respectively, excessively.

When the cost is barely higher than that of making your own meal prep, I know I’d rather sit back, relax and attempt to talk myself into going for a run, while a specialist cooks it all up for me.
