The Curious Squire’s Cracking New Menu

The Curious Squire’s Cracking New Menu

Caitlin Tait

We know and love The Curious Squire already, but get ready to love them even more. Unless you don’t know them yet... just know that it’s inevitable to love them. You just have to accept it.

Our good friends have released a new menu, and you’re in for a treat. There’s something for everyone.

Known for their American-inspired burgers, wings, and ribs, this North Adelaide joint is adding more punch and pizazz. Going hand-in-hand with the range of James Squire beers on offer, the new additions are packed with ‘wow-factor’.

Head Chef Daniel Tropeano says he aimed to create the new menu with ‘fun, creative and extravagant flavour combinations’, and with the new burgers like the ‘Crabby Patty’ and the ‘b1000’, we think he’s hit the nail on the head.

The ‘Crabby Patty’ is served with a whole soft shell crab, and the ‘b1000’ is jammed with two beef patties, bacon, smoke pulled pork and southern friend chicken.

For our vegetarian pals, there’s the ‘Garden Grazer’ burger, ‘Herbivore Pizza’, and ‘Smoke Roasted Rustic Root Vegetables’ are there to keep you satisfied. For the calorie-conscious, there’s the ‘Slimmers’ section.

Tropeano says the "Slimmers' menu ‘incorporates traditional American food but with a healthy twist," including a selection of hearty salads, including a ‘Wood-oven Haloumi Salad’, grilled ‘Slim Chickens’, and smoked pulled pork.

Also making their debut are the ‘Crafty Sorbets’. Made from the range of James Squire beers, they’re refreshing and perfect for Spring. Accompanying the sorbet on the dessert menu is the ‘Nutella Burger’. How could you possibly go wrong with that name?
