Raw enthusiasts rejoice! Last week saw Girl About Town bring us the launch of Nutrition Republic’s brand new collaboration with Pana Chocolate. The partnership, which is the first of its kind in South Australia, sees Republic adding Pana’s line of raw desserts to their fridges.
The night of raw pleasures was filled with delicious chocolates and raw desserts from Pana themselves, as well as tasty hot drinks such as the Coconut Hot Chocolate – which we highly recommend - from the Republic baristas. The store was illuminated by bright lights displaying the hashtag NRXPANA, letting Adelaide know that the partnership is well and truly here. With roses by Blossom Box Co and the downpour holding off just long enough, it was the perfect backdrop to showcase the beautiful range of cakes that are not only raw but also vegan and organic as well as gluten and sugar free.
Originally a retail supplement and health food store, Nutrition Republic have carved a name for themselves as one of Adelaide’s favourite health food cafés. The King William Road store has made a name for themselves, thanks to their reputation and commitment to providing nourishing food and organic coffee.
Pana Chocolate is no exception to this. Bringing us our favourite thing, chocolate and desserts that are actually GOOD for us. Let’s be real, who doesn’t love guilt-free treats.
Recently celebrating their fourth birthday in July, the company are nearing two and a half years of their raw desserts line. Their expansion to Adelaide with a licensed partnership with Nutrition Republic is the icing on top of an extremely successful run - and we are more than happy to welcome them to SA. The Melbourne based company offer a range of desserts from “chocolate snickers” to “lemon, myrtle and blueberry”, so it's no wonder that Adelaide’s ever growing vegan and nutrition-focused community are supporting them with open arms.
As you can imagine, the introduction of Pana to Adelaide, specifically Nutrition Republic is a match made in heaven. The dessert company had been looking for an opportunity to come to SA for a long time while Republic had travelled to Melbourne to try the desserts a while back, falling in love with not only the delicious treats but also the values that the two so obviously share. A passion for bringing food that nourishes the mind, body and soul, its as though Pana and Nutrition Republic were made for each other.
