Suns out buns out! Literally, because FEED Jetty Road has the only buns you’ll need this summer... burger buns of course. Summer is just around the corner and what better way to spend sunny days than down at the beach and soaking up the Vitamin D while having a good feed *pun intended*.
FEED has been open for around a year now, being quite popular amongst Glenelg locals. They offer an extensive range of burgers including a few vegetarian options, as well as all-day breakfast (winning), salads and schnittys! Their drinks list is above and beyond your usual burger joint, with drinks ranging from iced lattes to Belgian hot chocolates, and freshly squeezed juices to homemade iced teas. This place was ticking all the right boxes before we even stepped inside.
Most of the guests ordered burgers, as it’s the FEED specialty, along with drinks that made our hearts sing (yes, I'm still dreaming about that iced vienna coffee). You know when everyone starts eating and it goes dead silent that the food is pretty brill. The wait staff were also very friendly and helped us with anything we needed, setting a relaxing atmosphere for the space. It's nice when the staff are as inviting and welcoming as the decor is. Continuous chill vibes is what you want.
There were great compliments all round the table, as everyone enjoyed their food and the inviting atmosphere. The Grilled Chicken was my burger of choice, lesbihonest avocado is life, and it didn’t disappoint at all - even the beetroot relish was delish! FEED Jetty Road was definitely worth the trip. You’ll be seeing us again, this time covered in sand and sun-kissed skin.
