Pizza lovers of Adelaide rejoice! No matter who you are, where you're from, or what your tastebuds enjoy, anyone who loves a prime slice needs to come down to Campbelltown. The annual 2015 Campbelltown Pizza Festival is here from the 3rd to 29th of July.
Campbelltown is simply known as the city of Italians. The Italians who migrated from Europe brought with them some fantastic authentic Italian ingredients, flavours and dishes. The love that Adelaidians have for pizza grew even more and thus began the pop up of many pizzerias around Campbelltown.
The Campbelltown Pizza Festival has been going on for a few years now, bringing all pizza enthusiasts together to celebrate a month-long pizza journey through the North Eastern suburbs great eateries.
The festival for your tastebuds takes place at 10 confirmed venues as they all inspire authentic Italian flavours and cuisine that strongly represent the Campbelltown community. All eateries advocate the use of South Australian produce and continue to keep their dishes seasonal and fresh to death.
