Chef Dan Hansen has taken over from previous chef of Grace the Establishment, Paul Baker, and the first item on Hansen’s agenda: Update the menu.
Whilst sticking to some Grace favourites, Hansen has decided to put a fun-spin on the classic menu, but keeping it true and simple to the Grace name. With back-to-basics options and simple yet elegant dishes, the new menu is sure to get masses through the doors. Deliciously playful food such as doughnut holes and mini buns, as well as restaurant-style smores (burnt meringue, caramel, ganache and biscuit), and tasting plates, It seems as though Hansen has pulled this menu straight out of his sleeve – and what a wonderfully enjoyable menu it is.
A completely modest and unassuming menu, with ingredients every single person can recognise and enjoy, the new menu takes a step back from Adelaide’s growing love for multifarious foods.
